kibbeh balls

This dish is my kiddies favourite fusion of three regional cuisines. italian, mediteranean/arab and southern california food on the go kinda food!
I like to take these in little zip lock bags to the park before and after the big run around, (please clean hands before play and eating)
These balls pack a mighty punch as far iradicating hunger. Like the traditional Kibbeh, they are half wheat(whole grain carb) and half lean meat(complete protein).
A naturally balanced meal for the whole family, these mighty balls are made of bulgar and lean turkey, the stuffing is chedderella, farmers market basil and sweet plum tomatoes. here i have taken 2 favourites and rolled them together :) Pizza and kibbeh, and old world recipe made in every household in the arab and armenian turkish cultures.
will be showing you variations of this dish, can be frozen for use later thrown into some stock for the yummiest soup ever, even made into a lollipop! will keep you posted come back for a step by step picture tutorial.
